KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Drive transition from small commercial into middle market ($10K-$100K commissions)
- Mentor and groom existing producers
- Recruit and attract local sales talent
- Build energy, accountability, and culture in-office
- Create structured sales process and pipeline discipline
- Strengthen technical knowledge across the sales team
- Partner closely with regional leadership and operations
QUALIFICATIONS- Active P&C license
- 10+ years of experience
- Middle-market account experience
COMPENSATION- Base salary + bonuses based on agency’s profitability
- Equity participation
- Producer Contest, Trips, President Club Events
