Seeking a Commercial Insurance Sales Leader to join one of the fastest-growing insurance brokerages in the country. This office needs a proven sales leader, that is looking for focus on mentoring, coaching, recruiting with deep P&C technical knowledge experience bringing a sales team up-market into the middle market space. Company has strong infrastructure, is a collaborative team with many tools for Producers to be successful in the role. Primarily seeking a former Commercial Producer currently in a Sales Leadership role or one ready to move into the role. Opportunity to sell book for buyout.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive transition from small commercial into middle market ($10K-$100K commissions)
  • Mentor and groom existing producers
  • Recruit and attract local sales talent
  • Build energy, accountability, and culture in-office
  • Create structured sales process and pipeline discipline
  • Strengthen technical knowledge across the sales team
  • Partner closely with regional leadership and operations
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Active P&C license
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Middle-market account experience
 
COMPENSATION
  • Base salary + bonuses based on agency’s profitability
  • Equity participation
  • Producer Contest, Trips, President Club Events
