An established Insurance Agency in the Denver area is seeking a Player-Coach Commercial Lines Sales Leader - someone ready to grow their own book while mentoring and developing a sales team. This is a great opportunity for a proven Producer looking to step into leadership, or an early-stage leader who still wants to be in the field.
The agency has a collaborative team with strong P&C experience that’s looking to grow their commercial book, and is an ideal role for someone looking to build something.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive commercial insurance sales
  • Develop and mentor existing producers, with a focus in commercial lines
  • Recruit and attract local sales talent
  • Foster a high-performing sales culture built on accountability and collaboration.
  • Create structured sales process and pipeline discipline
  • Strengthen technical knowledge across the sales team
  • Work closely with leadership and operations
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Active P&C license
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Middle-market account experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Established carrier and market relationships in the Colorado region
 
COMPENSATION
  • Base salary + bonuses based on agency’s profitability
  • Equity participation
  • Producer Contest, Trips, President’s Club Events
