KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Drive commercial insurance sales
- Develop and mentor existing producers, with a focus in commercial lines
- Recruit and attract local sales talent
- Foster a high-performing sales culture built on accountability and collaboration.
- Create structured sales process and pipeline discipline
- Strengthen technical knowledge across the sales team
- Work closely with leadership and operations
QUALIFICATIONS:- Active P&C license
- 10+ years of experience
- Middle-market account experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Established carrier and market relationships in the Colorado region
COMPENSATION- Base salary + bonuses based on agency’s profitability
- Equity participation
