Job Title: Commercial Lines Insurance Representative
Pay: $20+ (pay raise upon successful completion of licensing, commission upon perm hire)
Hours: M-F, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Start Date: ASAP

As a Commercial Lines Insurance Representative, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for local business clients, helping them navigate their commercial insurance needs. You'll work closely with the team to deliver exceptional support and build lasting client relationships.

What You'll Do
As a Commercial Lines Insurance Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Serving as the primary contact for local business clients via phone and email, answering questions about their commercial policies
  • Processing policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations with accuracy
  • Issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and binders promptly to meet client contractual requirements
  • Gathering underwriting information from prospects and clients, entering data into carrier portals, and helping build competitive coverage proposals
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or expand current accounts by recognizing coverage gaps after licensing
  • Maintaining organized documentation within the agency management system and assisting the team with general office tasks

What You'll Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior professional office experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
