Commercial Trucking Insurance Producer (High Earnings + Pipeline)

Compensation & Earnings Potential
- Base salary + uncapped commission
- Expected earnings: $80,000 – $100,000+ (top producers can exceed this)
- Commission paid on new and renewal business

Overview
We are looking for an experienced, licensed Commercial Trucking Insurance Producer to work with owner-operators, independent drivers, and small to mid-sized trucking companies.
This is a relationship-driven role focused on helping clients secure the coverage they need to operate safely and stay compliant.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with owner-operators and trucking companies
- Quote and bind commercial trucking policies:
- Auto liability
- Physical damage
- Cargo
- General liability
- Umbrella
- Build and grow a book of business
- Maintain client relationships and manage renewals
- Develop new opportunities through referrals and networking
- Help clients understand DOT and insurance requirements
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License (required)
- Experience in commercial insurance (required)
- Experience in commercial trucking or transportation insurance strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate and close business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
