Summary:
The Commercial Lines Learning Strategist is an important part of the Enterprise Learning & Strategy Team and has accountability for developing an enterprise Commercial Lines learning strategy, including the design and delivery of a robust curriculum for Commercial Lines team members across HUB International. This role will report to the Vice President of Enterprise Learning Strategy and partner closely with senior Commercial Lines leaders to gain knowledge of enterprise and regional Commercial Lines strategies to ensure alignment of the Commercial Lines workforce across HUB.
This role will lead the Commercial Lines Learning & Development team. This leader is a strong performance and business consultant who can develop solutions and programming. This is important as they build learning experiences that increase knowledge, skills and abilities that are directly tied to the Commercial Lines business strategy. This leader has experience orchestrating organizationally complex work and demonstrating business impact through data. The right candidate for this role is energized to be hands-on, with a willingness to analyze and build, unafraid to roll-up their sleeves to get projects done.

Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
