Responsibilities

Client Management: Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, addressing their insurance needs.

Policy Administration: Oversee the processing and administration of insurance policies for commercial clients.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Renewals & Endorsements: Handle policy renewals and endorsements, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

Claims Assistance: Provide clients with support during the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape to offer clients the best solutions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure client needs are met.


Requirements

Licensing: Active P&C Licensed is required.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial insurance account management.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance management software.

Local Requirement: Must be able to work on-site in Carmel, Indiana.
