Responsibilities
- Assist on daily servicing task directed by Account Executives on client accounts
- Manage customer accounts efficiently using CRM tools like Applied Epic to manage policy details, and follow-up actions.
- Format information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Manage and initiate introductions for clients, prospects and, and partners.
- Attend and take meeting notes, prepare follow-up and recap emails for clients, prospects, and partners.
- Manage contacts for clients, prospects, carriers, and partners.
- Assist in generating applications, claim summaries, and coverage summaries.
- Assist in ordering loss runs and other relevant records for clients and prospects
- Engages in optimal and appropriate usage of applicable agency management system
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or account management within the insurance sector.
- Valid Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain within 6-months of employment)
- Familiarity with Applied Epic or similar customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey complex information to clients.
- Must meeting continuing education requirements for license renewal
- Preferred qualifications include experience in the insurance industry’s commercial lines segment, proficiency with marketing tools, and a background in financial services or analysis roles.
