ResponsibilitiesPrepares, reviews, and processes all transactions, correspondence, and documents for assigned accountsParticipates in the renewal preparation process, including generating renewal updates on accounts specified by the Account Manager and/or ProducerProvides quality customer service to clients, team members, and carriersCommunicates with company personnel regarding the client's needs and/or issuesMaintains an accurate suspense system on all items that require a responseNavigates and utilizes carrier websites to obtain documents and/or information as neededMay field phone calls from insureds regarding questions about their coverage, changes, additions, payments, cancellations etc.Responsible for scanning communications and documentsInput/maintain data on account management system and ancillary systems as requiredProvide mailroom and switchboard support, when neededOther reasonable duties as assigned by your supervisorRequirementsAt least one year of insurance experience strongly preferredHigh School diploma or equivalentAbility to obtain state insurance license P&C within 90 days of employmentExceptional written and verbal communication skillsSuperior customer service and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)Detail-oriented self-starterAbility to work in a team environmentSignificant skill in handling competing demands and projectsExcellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and delegate responsibility#J-18808-Ljbffr
