Salary Range: $55000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.

Review and analyze client insurance needs, recommending appropriate coverage solutions.

Process policy renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance accurately and efficiently.

Assist clients with claims inquiries and facilitate the claims process.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and insurance carriers.

Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling relevant products.

Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.


Requirements

Active Iowa Property & Casualty License

Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies and coverages.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
