We're seeking a Commercial Lines CSR / Account Manager to manage a book of commercial insurance business from start to finish.
- Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, and audits
- Work directly with clients, carriers, and internal teams
- Support new business and ongoing account servicing
- Maintain accurate documentation in AMS360
Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of commercial lines experience, AMS360 proficiency, an active P&C license, and strong knowledge of policy servicing and endorsements.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Comfort explaining coverage and handling client requests
Compensation includes $55K–$70K, 401(k) with match, bonus potential, continuing education support, and hybrid work options.
