How You will be Compensated:

• $35-$50/hour Depending on Experience

What you will Do:

• This hybrid role will work on site at our beautiful Irvine office 3 days a week, allowing for remote work 2 days a week.
• Manage a generalist book of small to middle market commercial accounts.
• Analyze coverages associated with client insurance policies to ensure needs are met. Educate clients on their coverages and risks.
• Maintain client files with excellent documentation and organization of data.
• Delegate tasks to assigned assistants & support team, while also managing a steady stream of your own day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Current CA Property and Casualty license
• 3+ years Commercial Lines experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems (EPIC)
• Understanding of Independent Agency system and familiarity with Commercial Lines operations
• High School Diploma
