The company has already partnered with major fire departments, federal agencies, military organizations, and Fortune 100 industrial operators, while rapidly scaling deployments across defense, public safety, and industrial markets. Job Details

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in robotics, autonomous systems, defense technology, unmanned systems, tactical hardware, or mission-critical industrial technology
  • Currently selling into defense, military, public safety, industrial, oil & gas, critical infrastructure, or hazardous environment markets
  • Proven success managing complex technical hardware sales cycles and multimillion-dollar strategic accounts
  • Experience leading pilots, field deployments, operational evaluations, and customer demonstrations in real-world environments
  • Strong understanding of defense procurement, robotics deployments, and government/public sector buying processes
  • Ability to work directly with operators, engineers, procurement teams, and executive stakeholders

Highly Preferred:

  • Existing network within defense, robotics, autonomous systems, public safety, or industrial safety ecosystems
  • Experience with UGVs, defense robotics, autonomy platforms, AI-enabled field systems, or tactical technologies
  • Background within venture-backed robotics or defense tech startups
  • Experience selling integrated hardware/software platforms in highly technical environments
  • Familiarity with federal contracting, SBIR/STTR programs, or defense innovation ecosystems
