Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems experience (leadership experience preferred)
Strong ability to troubleshoot electronic controls and electrical systems
Working knowledge of control systems (DDC, sensors, relays, etc.)
Ability to quickly learn and navigate new HVAC-related software and control platforms
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and controls
Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
Experience leading or supervising field teams
EPA Certification (required)
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Strong communication and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee 8–10 field technicians across multiple crews
Manage 3–4 concurrent commercial HVAC projects at various stages
Perform hands-on troubleshooting, service, and repair of commercial HVAC systems
Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and code standards
Coordinate daily activities, scheduling, and job progress across teams
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to technicians

Perform system checks including compressors, evaporators, condensers, and refrigerant circuits
Troubleshoot refrigeration systems in conjunction with electronic and control components
Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and internal teams
Maintain accurate job documentation and reporting
Support continuous improvement of processes and field operations
