Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and dependable Commercial Lawn Maintenance Crew Members to join our growing team. In this role, you will work alongside a Crew Leader to maintain commercial properties while ensuring high-quality service, safety, and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Assist the Crew Leader in completing daily lawn maintenance services at multiple commercial properties
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including:
- Commercial mowers
- String trimmers (weed eaters)
- Edgers
- Blowers
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at job sites
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily schedules and quality standards
- Perform other landscaping and grounds maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and ability to report to work as scheduled
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed
- 2–3 years of landscaping or lawn maintenance experience preferred
- Valid Texas Driver's License required

Compensation
Pay: $17.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
