Full-Time | Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service
If you're mechanically inclined, have some hands-on repair experience, and understand the basics of how machines work, this could be a solid next step.
We're looking for someone who has worked with tools, has a little electrical experience, and is comfortable troubleshooting equipment. Maybe you've worked in maintenance, facilities, automotive, appliance repair, construction, or another mechanical trade. You don't have to know commercial kitchen equipment yet -- we can train the right person.
Most of our best technicians are people who naturally figure things out, take pride in fixing problems, and keep learning as they go.
COLORADO LOCATION -- Must Live in Colorado
The Work
We service restaurants and commercial kitchens, working on equipment such as:
- Fryers
- Grills and griddles
- Ovens and convection ovens
- Steamers and warmers
- Gas equipment and kitchen appliances
- Make-up air and exhaust systems
This is real field work. You'll be trained and supported by experienced technicians and a strong office team while you build your skills.

What We're Looking For
- Mechanically inclined with hands-on repair experience
- Basic knowledge of how machines and equipment work
- Some electrical experience (reading voltage, wiring components, or troubleshooting preferred)
- Experience in maintenance, mechanical work, appliance repair, automotive, construction, or similar field
- Comfortable using tools and troubleshooting equipment
- Willing to learn commercial kitchen equipment repair
- Reliable, steady, and shows up ready to work
- Clean driving record and able to pass a background check
- Own basic hand tools
You don't need to know everything -- but you do need a solid mechanical foundation and willingness to learn.
Day-to-Day
- Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on restaurant equipment
- Troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical issues
- Communicate clearly with customers on site
- Document work and photos through our mobile app
- Keep your van, tools, and work area organized
- Learn from senior technicians and continue building skills
Pay & Benefits
