Position Overview
The Licensed Commercial Plumber will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial plumbing systems on a variety of commercial construction and service projects. This position requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently.
This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities for overtime and long-term career growth.

- Competitive pay: $80,000 - $100,000/year based on experience and licensing

What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings
- Diagnose plumbing issues and perform troubleshooting and repairs
- Install piping systems, fixtures, drains, water lines, and related plumbing equipment
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and team members on job progress
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current Journeyman Plumbing License preferred (or ability to obtain/maintain licensing)
- Commercial plumbing experience required
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installations, and repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues independently
- Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must own basic plumbing tools
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials/equipment as required
