Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams including estimating, design, and field operations
Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiation, and performance
Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and client satisfaction
Drive problem-solving and decision-making throughout project lifecycle
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members
Profile
5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
Experience with tenant interior or commercial fit-out projects preferred
Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and cost control
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
