Top-performing Farmers Insurance agency in Escondido is hiring a licensed Commercial Insurance CSR / Sales Support team member. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, strong with applications and follow-up, and comfortable helping turn interested prospects into new business.
You will support both existing commercial clients and new business opportunities by helping with renewals, endorsements, underwriting follow-up, applications, documentation collection, and client communication. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with business owners, stays on top of details, and is comfortable supporting sales without needing to be a full-time producer.
This is a stable, full-time W-2 position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, no weekends, and a professional agency environment. Commercial insurance experience is strongly preferred, but we will consider licensed candidates with solid agency experience, strong follow-through, and the ability to learn quickly.
