Commercial Insurance Service Representative

East Bridgewater Insurance Agency is looking for a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to help evaluate, quote, and service small-to-mid-sized commercial risks, acting as one of the primary points of contact for our companies and brokers.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Based on Experience

Responsibilities

Helping our producers by issuing new business and renewals, processing endorsements, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills for client consultations and policy explanations.

Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and manage client needs.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to work with computers and insurance software, including data entry.
