TCI Agencies is hiring a Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Representative in Scottsdale, AZ. You'll build and manage your own book of commercial insurance business (prospecting, quoting, binding, and servicing), working alongside agency leadership with input on how the agency grows and how your role evolves with it.

We are building our own technology and AI tools to make sales and servicing more efficient, and you will be part of shaping how that works

Compensation
First-year on-target earnings of $70,000 to $80,000 including commissions, with a competitive base salary depending on experience.

Salary Range: $70000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new commercial lines accounts through cold outreach, networking, referrals, inbound leads and community involvement
Manage the full sales cycle from discovery meetings through policy analysis, quoting, presentations, and binding
Handle your own book servicing in our current stage (certificates, endorsements, renewals, claims advocacy). As the agency grows and we add service staff, your role shifts toward production and relationship management
Build and maintain relationships with carrier underwriters and agency partners to get the most competitive terms for your clients
Work directly with agency ownership on strategy, market development, and growing TCIA's presence in and ability to serve the Scottsdale and greater Phoenix commercial markets
