Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial insurance prospects within the Houston metropolitan area.

Identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions, including property, casualty, and specialty lines.

Build and nurture lasting relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.

Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes to prospective clients.

Collaborate with our underwriting team to secure competitive coverage for clients.

Stay informed on industry trends, market changes, and new product offerings.


Requirements

Current Texas Property & Casualty License required.

Proven track record in commercial insurance sales, ideally 3+ years.

Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and the Houston market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
