We are seeking a high-level Commercial Insurance Sales Director to help lead and scale commercial insurance growth throughout Arizona. This role works directly alongside agency owners and leadership teams to drive production, develop commercial strategy, manage pipelines, and help close business across multiple commercial lines.


This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an experienced commercial insurance professional who understands relationship-driven sales, pipeline management, and how to move opportunities from prospecting to close in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

  • Manage and develop a strong pipeline of commercial insurance opportunities
  • Work directly with agency owners and producers on commercial growth strategy
  • Assist with quoting, positioning, presenting, and closing business insurance accounts
  • Identify cross-sell and growth opportunities within existing client books
  • Build relationships with business owners, referral partners, and centers of influence
  • Support district-wide commercial initiatives, training, and production growth
  • Help agencies build confidence, consistency, and scalability in the commercial space
  • Drive accountability, follow-up, and pipeline activity throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with leadership on long-term commercial growth initiatives across Arizona

Requirements
