We are seeking a relationship-driven Commercial Insurance Sales / Account Executive to join our team who will be responsible for large commercial accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term client partnerships and delivering strategic insurance solutions that help businesses succeed. You will serve as the primary point of contact for large commercial accounts ($50,000+ in revenue per account) with complex insurance needs, leading renewal strategy, coverage analysis, and overall account management.
Salary Range: $125000.00 - $175000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial clients
- Lead renewal strategy, including marketing accounts to carriers and negotiating terms, pricing, and coverage
- Prepare and manage new business and renewal submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of exposure data
- Conduct coverage reviews and risk assessments to identify gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
- Present quotes, proposals, and coverage recommendations to clients
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand client relationships
- Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and carriers to secure optimal coverage solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and risk management guidance
- Conduct client meetings, policy reviews, and strategic planning discussions
- Oversee CSR support work to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and service quality
- Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system and ensure compliance with E&O procedures
- Stay current on industry trends, carrier programs, and regulatory changes
- Drive client retention, satisfaction, and long-term account growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of mid-market to large commercial lines insurance experience (overseeing and managing accounts generating $50,000+ in revenue)
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Experience managing larger commercial accounts and experience with more complex accounts preferred
- Strong knowledge of coverage forms, risk analysis, and carrier market
- Proficiency with agency management systems
