Established, family-owned independent insurance agency in North Tampa is seeking a driven Commercial Insurance Producer to grow our book of business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team with strong carrier relationships and dedicated support staff.
What You'll Do:- Develop new commercial insurance business through prospecting and outbound sales calls
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth
- Quote and bind commercial policies across multiple lines of coverage
- Collaborate with account management team to ensure excellent client service
What We're Looking For:- Active Florida 2-20 (General Lines) license required
- 2+ years of commercial P&C insurance sales experience
- Strong understanding of commercial coverages (GL, Property, Auto, Umbrella, etc.)
- Proven track record with prospecting and closing new business
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
