Base Salary + Commission
Base salary: $30,000 $40,000 (based on experience)
Commission on new business
Ongoing commission on renewal business
Uncapped earning potential
For experienced producers, were open to flexible compensation structures, including higher base or higher commission options depending on experience and production goals.
Salary Range: $30000.00 - $40000.00 per year
