Compensation

Base Salary + Commission


Base salary: $30,000 $40,000 (based on experience)

Commission on new business

Ongoing commission on renewal business

Uncapped earning potential


For experienced producers, were open to flexible compensation structures, including higher base or higher commission options depending on experience and production goals.

Salary Range: $30000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop relationships with business owners
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
  • Conduct meetings and present proposals confidently
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship management
  • Work with internal team for quoting, onboarding, and support
  • Stay organized within AgencyZoom and internal systems
  • Grow and manage your book of business over time

Requirements
  • Previous commercial insurance or strong sales experience preferred
  • Experience in a commission-driven or performance-based environment is a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working with business owners and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Able to create and manage your own opportunities
  • Organized, consistent, and accountable with follow-up
