We are hiring a high-performance Commercial Insurance Producer to join a fast-growing, multi-state agency with a strong inbound lead funnel and an existing pipeline.
This is not a cold-start role you will walk into active opportunities, supported by inbound leads, cross-sell from an existing book, and marketing.
Opportunity & Income
- Base salary + uncapped commission
- Realistic first-year earnings: $100K$150K+
- Top performers: $200K+
- No cap on earnings your income is driven by your production
Lead Flow & Pipeline
You will not be starting from scratch there is an existing flow of inbound opportunities and cross-sell business already in place.
What youll work with:
- Inbound commercial opportunities (existing pipeline)
- Cross-sell opportunities from a large personal lines book
- Marketing-generated leads
Expectation:
- ~75% supported pipeline
- ~25% self-generated business

- Managing and closing inbound opportunities

- Conducting discovery and presenting solutions
- Closing and retaining accounts
