We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to support our commercial clients through exceptional service, accuracy, and relationship management. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in commercial lines who enjoys working closely with clients, carriers, and producers in a professional, family-oriented environment. You will manage day-to-day service needs while helping ensure renewals, endorsements, and documentation are handled with precision.

• Base salary of $45,000 to $65,000 based on experience

• Set up new commercial clients and policies
• Process endorsements and policy changes
• Quote and manage commercial renewals
• Provide day-to-day customer service for commercial accounts
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC AMS
• Support client retention through proactive account management

• Active insurance license
• Prior commercial insurance experience
• Working knowledge of commercial lines fundamentals
• Experience using EPIC AMS preferred
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Professional communication skills
