Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand client needs and risks to provide appropriate insurance solutions and recommendations.
  • Manage the renewal process for assigned accounts, including marketing, quoting, and presenting renewal terms.
  • Handle client inquiries, endorsements, and policy changes promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with producers and underwriters to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to offer the best possible service.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
  • Active Florida 220 license required.
  • Proficiency with agency management systems (e.g., Hawksoft, Applied Epic, AMS360) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverages.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Understand the FL market
