Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Inside Sales Representative to develop and close sales opportunities for garage doors, commercial systems, and Phantom Screens. This role blends proactive sales outreach with essential administrative follow-through to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify commercial sales leads.
- Research and pursue new opportunities with property managers, contractors, architects, and developers.
- Conduct outbound calls, email campaigns, and virtual presentations.
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
- Handle approximately 25% administrative tasks, including CRM data entry, quoting, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity and pipeline status to leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in building materials or construction.
- Strong social skills, empathy, and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of garage doors or retractable screens is a plus.
