Commercial/Industrial HVAC & Plumbing Estimator

We’re looking for a Commercial/Industrial HVAC & Plumbing Estimator to join our growing team.
Summary:
Prepare detailed material, labor, and cost estimates for mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems, including conceptual estimates when plans aren’t available.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop accurate project estimates, proposals, and pricing
Review plans, specs, and vendor quotes for compliance and scope
Track bid changes, addenda, and project updates
Communicate project details, issues, and value engineering ideas
Maintain estimating files and support project handoff
Assist with contracts, meetings, and mentoring as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field OR sufficient related experience
We Expect:
· 3–5+ years commercial HVAC/PLUMBING estimating experience
· Proficiency reading blueprints, specifications, and mechanical details
· Familiarity with HVAC equipment, chillers, rooftop units, pumps, VAV/controls, and piping systems
· Strong analytical skills, organized documentation, and estimating software literacy
· Coachable, detail-oriented, team-focused
