Commercial HVAC Technician
Location: Field-Based | Full-Time
Pay Range: $28.00 - $42.00/hour depending on experience and certifications

What You'll Be Doing
Perform scheduled maintenance on commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
Inspect, test, and fine-tune equipment to prevent failures and extend system life
Diagnose developing issues and recommend proactive solutions
Work on a variety of equipment including RTUs, VAV systems, air handlers, split systems, and controls
Document work clearly and accurately for both internal teams and customers
Communicate professionally with property managers, facility teams, and coworkers
Support service or retrofit work when needed
What You Bring
5+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance and service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Hands-on experience with rooftop units, VAV systems, and controls
EPA Certification (required)
NATE Certification (a plus)
Clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle
Strong communication skills and professional presence with customers
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Additional experience (10+ years) or formal HVAC training is a plus
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Overtime available based on workload
