Commercial HVAC Technician
Location: Nashville, TN
Pay Range: $35+/hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do
- Service and maintain commercial & industrial HVAC systems
- Diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently
- Work on large-scale systems in manufacturing environments
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients
- Travel to job sites as needed (~200 miles radius)

What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- 3+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
- EPA Universal 608 certification
- HVAC trade school training (preferred)
- NATE certification (a plus)
- Strong reliability, communication, and teamwork skills
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
