We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Connecticut. This role is ideal for a licensed HVAC professional with 10 to 15 years of experience who can work independently, troubleshoot complex systems, and provide exceptional service to commercial customers.

Job Details

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment
Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on a wide range of systems
Service and maintain rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, chillers, boilers, furnaces, and heat pumps
Work with Building Management Systems (BMS) to identify and resolve system issues
Complete preventive maintenance and service calls efficiently and professionally
Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding repairs and recommendations
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards

Qualifications

Licensed HVAC Technician
10 to 15 years of commercial HVAC service experience
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience servicing RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, furnaces, and heat pumps
Working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
