Position Summary

We’re hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial systems.

Ideal candidates:

Work confidently on their own
Enjoy advanced troubleshooting
Take pride in doing the job right

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
Service boilers, chillers, RTUs, and refrigeration
Perform maintenance and inspections
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Communicate with customers and team
Complete accurate service documentation
Mentor junior technicians when needed

Qualifications

5+ years commercial HVAC experience (senior techs encouraged)
Strong diagnostic ability
Experience with large commercial systems preferred
EPA Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Primarily residential experience is not the right fit.

Work Environment

Field-based commercial service
Mechanical rooms, rooftops, commercial facilities
Physical work: climbing, lifting, kneeling, all weather

Compensation & Benefits

$45–$60+ per hour (based on experience)
Overtime (1.5×, 2× holidays)
