Responsibilities include the following: Perform seasonal preventive maintenance on split and roof top package HVAC equipment. This includes changing filters, cleaning coils, clearing drains, and performing checks in both heating and cooling. Complete all customer service and administrative paperwork accurately and in a timely manner according to company policies. Required start time of 7:30 am or earlier, depending on daily workload. Keep your assigned company work truck clean, neat, and organized, with no loose items left in the cab for safety reasons. Maintain accurate inventory counts of all parts, supplies, consumables, and tools on board. Establish and maintain a proper tool box with tools required for the job within 30 days of employment.
