HVAC Service Commercial Technician
Pay: $30-$40/hour + Monthly Performance Bonuses
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (On-call & occasional weekends required)

We're hiring a Journeyman Commercial HVAC Technician who can take full ownership of diagnostics, repairs, and customer communication in commercial environments.

What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Clearly explain findings and solutions to customers
- Complete accurate job documentation before leaving site
- Reduce callbacks through strong first-time fixes
- Identify repair vs. replacement opportunities
- Maintain truck inventory and job readiness
- Mentor apprentices and support team development
What You Bring
Required:
- 4+ years HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- NATE Certification
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Valid driver's license
Preferred:
- VRF, hydronics, or controls experience
- OSHA 10/30
- Trade school background
