Gentry Service Group is hiring a Commercial Service Manager who wants more than just a management title. Lead and grow the commercial service department - managing daily operations, dispatching, and technician performance

What You Need
5+ years of proven HVAC service management experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and excellent at follow-through
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
Solid computer skills (MS Office and service/dispatch systems)
A motivated, top-performer mindset who thrives on challenge and accountability
