Sun Glow Inc. is growing, and we are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Commercial HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will focus on selling commercial HVAC maintenance services, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet our customers' heating and cooling needs.

Position Summary: Serve as the company's representative to prospective commercial clients by identifying, developing, and qualifying project opportunities, including competitive bid and design-build work. Utilize expertise in mechanical systems and project estimation to prepare, present, and negotiate profitable proposals and service agreements. Manage the full sales cycle-from opportunity development and bid preparation through contract execution-while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Work Schedule: 40 hours a week, may include Saturday appointments.
Compensation: Base pay plus commission, with expected annual earnings of $100,00 - $200,000 annually
