Commercial HVAC/R Technician

Position: HVAC/R Technician

We are looking for a qualified technician in three Commercial areas: HVAC, Refrigeration and Cooking equipment installation and repair, while knowing the three elements of our business: Gas, Electric and Refrigeration

Responsibilities:

• Inspecting Refrigeration and HVAC systems: Observing operations
• Diagnosing issues: The ability to troubleshoot problems, identify solutions and get system up and running
• Performing routine maintenance such as cleaning, and replacing necessary parts
• Advising customer by providing recommendation
• Great Communication Skills, the ability to explain work perform with customers
• Be a part of the on call rotation

Requires:

• 5+ years of industry experience or Military equivalent training
• Experience in services and preventative maintenance of HVAC/R equipment (i.e.,
• Refrigeration systems, HVAC, ice machines, etc.)
• Ability to read/understand electrical and schematics
• Previous knowledge or some training on cooking equipment
• Strong mechanical skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to interact professionally with customers
• Proficient in Windows-based software
• EPA Certification
• Valid Drivers license
