This role centers on retrofits, changeouts, and new construction across commercial and residential sites.

Key outcomes in your first months

• Complete end-to-end installs of AC, furnace, and refrigeration systems with zero rework.
• Diagnose and correct mechanical failures quickly and accurately.
• Partner effectively with property maintenance teams to resolve HVAC concerns.
• Use plumbing, welding, and refrigeration skills to elevate installation quality.
• Maintain thorough digital records — no written paperwork orders.

Role highlights

Install Tech (3+ years of experience): grooved iron piping, WSHP installs, RTU replacements, piping layout expertise, cooling tower replacements, and broad commercial installation work. Experience with central plants and chilled water systems is a strong plus.

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience in the heating and cooling field.
• Mechanical savvy with proven diagnostic ability.
• Capability to support property maintenance needs during installs.
• Plumbing, welding, and refrigeration experience preferred.
• Professional communication, detail focus, and problem-solving strength.
