HVAC Crew Leader
$45–$60 per hour, based on experience
Full-Time | Ventura, CA Monday through Friday | On-Call Rotation Required | Occasional Evenings & Weekends

What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- Previous experience leading field teams is preferred
- A2L refrigeration knowledge
- EPA Universal and EPA 508 Certifications required
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Associate degree or technical/business education
- Experience managing commercial service projects
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and support a team of commercial HVAC technicians
- Provide technical guidance and field troubleshooting
- Coordinate service calls, repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance
- Monitor job progress, quality, budgets, and schedules
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations
- Prepare field updates and communicate project status to operations leadership
- Assist with customer relationships and identify additional service opportunities
- Participate in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation when needed
