We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial ground-up construction projects as well as interior fit-out projects within the retail and restaurant sectors. This individual will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are successfully achieved.

Description
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects from award through final turnover.
- Oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects, including sitework, foundations, structural work, and building completion.
- Lead retail and restaurant fit-out projects, coordinating trades to ensure timely delivery with minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and ownership teams.
- Review and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to maintain schedules and budgets.
- Facilitate client meetings and provide consistent project updates throughout the construction process.
- Ensure all projects meet local code requirements, company standards, and client expectations.

Profile
A successful Commercial Ground Up Construction Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
- Proven experience managing both ground-up commercial projects and retail or restaurant fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Sage, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and overseeing project financials.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required with relevant experience.
