We are seeking a strategic Commercial Finance Lead to support a U.S. consumer business. This role serves as a key financial partner to commercial and cross-functional leadership, owning full P&L performance and driving profitable growth through insight, analysis, and strong business partnership. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Commercial Finance Lead for the U.S. business, owning the full P&L from gross sales to net earnings

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, and Innovation to evaluate strategies, trade-offs, and new initiatives

  • Lead financial planning and analysis, including the Annual Operating Plan, monthly forecasting, and Long-Range Planning

  • Provide forward-looking insights, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve performance

  • Translate financial results into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders

  • Mentor and develop direct reports while contributing to a high-performing finance team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

  • 7+ years of progressive finance experience (FP&A, commercial finance, or business unit finance)

  • Strong understanding of brand, customer, and commercial strategy

  • Demonstrated experience managing a full P&L and providing business-unit financial leadership

  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with strong business acumen

  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders, challenge assumptions, and partner cross-functionally

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial topics to non-finance audiences

  • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams

  • Experience with sales, pricing, and trade promotion data (preferred)

  • Experience with enterprise financial systems, planning tools, and BI platforms (preferred)

  • Master’s degree or MBA (preferred)
