Key Requirements:- Lead the full estimating process for assigned projects — conceptual through final bid
- Bachelor's degree in Construction and Management or related field
- Perform quantity take-offs, pricing, bid summaries, and bid submissions
- Coordinate with subs/suppliers and manage bid day logistics
- Prepare budgets for negotiated work and design-build projects
- Analyze post-bid results and support project turnover to operations
- Maintain and update the estimating database
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, On-Screen Takeoff and ICE
- Strong communication, planning, and Problem Solving
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail
- Effective at building relationships with subcontractors and team members\
- Valid Drivers License and Clean driving record
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- Relocation will be provided for the right fit.
Shifts:- Monday-Thursday 0700-5PM
- Friday 0700-11 AM
