R.J. Murray Co., Inc., the oldest wholesale distributor of Carrier products (since 1933), is seeking a Commercial Estimator / Inside Sales Support professional to join our team. We represent over 100 HVAC manufacturers and serve a diverse customer base including contractors, government agencies, and industrial clients.

What You’ll Do 

• Perform commercial take-offs from blueprints and Dodge reports 

• Review and interpret plans and specifications 

• Estimate and price commercial HVAC projects 

• Prepare detailed quotes and submittals 

• Collaborate with commercial sales teams and participate in sales meetings 

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone and email 

What We’re Looking For 

• Experience in the HVAC industry (required) 

• HVAC or Mechanical Engineering degree (preferred) 

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents 

• Proficiency with computers and estimating tools 

• Excellent organization and multitasking skills 

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment 

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
