We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Commercial Escrow Officer opportunity with Title Company in Richardson, TX.

The Commercial Escrow Officer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Manage and oversee commercial escrow transactions from opening to closing.
  • Review purchase contracts, title commitments, and closing instructions.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and real estate agents.
  • Prepare and review settlement statements (CD/HUD) and closing documents.
  • Ensure all title requirements, liens, and conditions are cleared prior to closing.
  • Facilitate complex transactions including:
    • Commercial acquisitions and dispositions
    • Refinances and development deals
    • 1031 exchanges
  • Balance files, confirm funding, and disburse funds accurately.
  • Maintain compliance with Texas regulations, underwriter guidelines, and company policies.
  • Deliver a high-touch client experience through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required qualifications for the position include:

  • 3+ years of commercial escrow experience.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions and title processes.
  • Experience reviewing title commitments, surveys, and legal documents.
  • Proficiency with escrow software and closing platforms.
  • Knowledge of Texas escrow and title regulations.
  • Experience with 1031 exchanges and multi-entity transactions.
Salary Range: $65000 - $85000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
