What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Lead by Example: Install, maintain, and repair top-tier commercial electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and control equipment. Build from Scratch: Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine layout and materials efficiently. Mentor the Crew: Help shape the future of the trade by training and guiding hungry apprentices on the job site. Stay Safe & Sharp: Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment. Safety is Paramount in what we do. Be the Face of the Company: Interact professionally and courteously with clients, builders, and other trades on site.
