Due to continued growth, we are actively seeking experienced Drywall Finishing Subcontractors<\/b> to support upcoming commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and multifamily projects throughout Indiana and surrounding markets.

Scope of Work

<\/h3>

Subcontractors will be responsible for:

• Taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing drywall installations

<\/p><\/li>

• Performing Level 4 and Level 5 finishes in accordance with project specifications

<\/p><\/li>

• Repairing and patching drywall as needed

<\/p><\/li>

• Maintaining a clean and professional work area

<\/p><\/li>

• Coordinating effectively with project managers, superintendents, and other trades

<\/p><\/li>

• Completing projects safely, on schedule, and within quality expectations

<\/p><\/li>

• Adhering to all site-specific safety requirements and Jack Laurie Group standards

Qualifications

<\/h3>Demonstrated experience in commercial drywall finishing

<\/p><\/li>

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications

<\/p><\/li>

• Established crew capable of handling commercial project workloads

<\/p><\/li>

• Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation

<\/p><\/li>

• Current General Liability Insurance (Certificate of Insurance required)

<\/p><\/li>

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred

<\/p><\/li>

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes

<\/p><\/li>

• Ability to meet project schedules and maintain professional communication
