We are seeking full-time Dock & Door Technicians, or "Service Professionals," to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial doors, loading docks, and related equipment across various customer sites. This role offers opportunities for growth through four experience levels, from Apprentice to Expert, with flexibility to start based on your skills and experience. Responsibilities include hands-on technical work, customer interaction, and maintaining work documentation, all while operating company vehicles and ensuring safety compliance.
Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems are valued, with opportunities to learn welding and fabrication. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.
