The Commercial Dock and Door Sales Representative is directly responsible for driving sales opportunities and improving the sales performance of Top Notch Dock & Door (TNDD). This high impact growth role provides a comprehensive eye toward driving accelerated sales growth, both directly and through collaboration with internal team members. *Construction sales experience is required.*
In this role, you will be responsible for strategically sourcing and qualifying business prospects, managing existing client relationships, and driving sales of commercial dock and door solutions. This includes a range of products such as loading dock equipment, overhead doors, industrial doors, and related accessories. You will work closely with contractors, facility managers, and decision-makers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions that enhance their operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, preferably in the construction, industrial, or commercial equipment sectors. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
